Sponsor

Trinity Habitat for Humanity depends upon the support of corporations, churches, businesses, civic groups, and individuals to carry out our mission. Each sponsor provides funds for the materials and resources needed to build a new Habitat home or rehab an existing home. Volunteer slots are reserved for sponsor volunteers to ensure they have the opportunity to build and/or rehab the home alongside the partner families.

Build A Home Sponsorships

Provide the funding to build a new Habitat home. Then, using the build schedule and funding level, choose the number of days your group would like to volunteer. • Campaign Sponsorship - $125,000

  A Campaign Sponsor provides support for an entire build campaign - spring or fall. Campaign Sponsors are recognized on each house sign for the corresponding campaign, on THFH website with hyperlink and logo, and name recognition in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Legacy Sponsorship - $78,000

  Legacy Sponsors provide the full $78,000 in funds needed to build a new Habitat home. Legacy Sponsors are the exclusive house sponsors and receive logo recognition on the house sign, on THFH website with hyperlink and logo, and name recognition in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Keystone Sponsorship - $62,000

  Keystone Sponsors provide $62,000 of the funds needed for construction. Keystone Sponsors receive logo recognition on the house sign, on THFH website with hyperlink and logo, and name recognition in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Cornerstone Sponsorship - $38,000

  Cornerstone Sponsors provide at least $38,000 of the funds needed for construction. In addition, Cornerstone Sponsors receive logo recognition on the sponsor sign and on our website, and name recognition in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Sustaining Sponsorship - $26,000

  Sustaining Sponsors provide $26,000 of the funds needed for construction. Sustaining Sponsors receive logo recognition on the sponsor sign and on our website, and name recognition in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Partnering Sponsor - $13,000 

  Partnering Sponsors provide $13,000 of the funds needed for construction. Partnering Sponsors receive name recognition on the sponsor sign, on our website and in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Contributing Sponsor - $6,500

  Contributing House Sponsors provide $6,500 of the funds needed for construction. Contributing Sponsors receive name recognition on the sponsor sign, on our website and in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

Preserve A Home Sponsorships

Our Preserve A Home program is a wonderful opportunity for you, your business, or your church to get involved in a local mission effort with quick results. Most of the rehab projects last only one to three weeks. They are especially attractive for local youth groups, since the site age requirement is 16 and above. Click here for detailed information.

• Exterior Rehab Projects - $1,200 - $13,000

  Projects range from painting to full re-siding and roofing, depending on the particular home and scope of the work needed. The number of work days required varies with each project. Preserve a Home Sponsors receive name recognition on the sponsor sign sign, on our website and in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

• Family Sponsorship – $5,000

  Family Sponsorships provide hardworking, low-income families with all of the services necessary to help them build and purchase a quality, affordable home in a safe neighborhood. Family Sponsors receive name recognition on our website and in the respective bi-annual HabiChat newsletter.

  Services include initial orientation, evaluation, homeowner documents, family profile, credit report, pre- and post-purchase classes/counseling and the Dedication Celebration. Each Family Sponsorship also provides at least 25 hours of training through Habitat’s Homebuyers College, so that family partners receive training in financial management, home maintenance, insurance and legal issues, city services, predatory lending, conflict resolution, and landscaping.
