How do I apply?
Please note: If you live in Parker county, Wise county or the Azle area click the link on the left side for more infomation to apply or call the Trinity Habitat Office at 817-926-9219 to schedule an Orientation meeting.
If you live in Tarrant County, the first step in the application process is to complete the Mortgage Counseling Questionnaire. This will help you learn quickly if you qualify for our program. You have two options to obtain this form.
You can click 'APPLY NOW' and print the Mortgage Counseling Questionnaire.
You should print, complete and return the questionnaire along with a $15 MONEY ORDER to Trinity Habitat for Humanity, 3345 South Jones Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76110.

You can email a request for a Mortgage Counseling Questionnaire to be mailed to you by clicking the mail button. You should then complete and return the questionnaire along with a $15 MONEY ORDER ONLY to: Trinity Habitat for Humanity, 3345 South Jones Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76110.
You will then receive a response letter with a copy of your credit report by mail within 2-3 weeks.
We cannot review mortgage questionnaires without a money order. Money order is non-refundable.
