One More Update – Our Vision For What’s Next

Three years ago, we could purchase individual properties to build on for $5,000. Now, similar properties are $35,000! With the cost of land skyrocketing, Trinity Habitat has BIG plans for how to remain the most affordable homeownership option for local families.

Thank You!

Leadley - impact Report 2020 Quote

Thanks to our volunteers, donors, and sponsors, we’ve now partnered with 800 local families in building safe and affordable homes! These are families who have greater strength, stability, and self-reliance because of YOU! Thank you!

*Correction: Our newsletter said “800 local families have had safe homes to shelter in”. We started the year with 760 homes built, which are the families who have benefitted from the safety and stability of their homes during the pandemic in 2020. Another 40 homes were built this year, so now an additional 40 families now have or will soon have their own safe and affordable home to shelter in as COVID-19 continues.
