Jim Hargrove’s Spirit Award: Terry Montesi
This award goes to someone who demonstrates the love and teachings of Jesus Christ throughout their service to and with Trinity Habitat.
Terry has been involved with Trinity Habitat for 21 years! He first got his company, Trademark Property, involved when they decided to stop giving conventional holiday gifts and to donate their time and money instead to help build families’ homes. Not only has this allowed his company to put God’s love into action, but it has also provided many, many years of the best corporate teambuilding! Terry has served as volunteer, community ambassador, and co-chair of our inaugural CEO Build in 2019. Terry has also been instrumental in connecting our Habitat ReStores with large furniture donations from hotels undergoing demolition or remodeling.
Phil Muller Project Manager Award: Jim Edgar

Habititus Award: De’Shun Bayne, Brian Krafft, and Cliff Harrell
This award goes to individuals who are relatively new to our organization and have been bitten by the Habi-bug and now have “habititus”.
Cliff started volunteering with his company and longtime Trinity Habitat partner, Bell. He quickly became passionate about our mission, started shadowing Cornerstone Construction Leaders, and logged in 200+ volunteer hours in one year! He is now a Cornerstone Construction Leader and is ready and available whenever he is needed on build sites! He truly got bit by the Habi-bug!
After volunteering at our 2019 CEO Build and working alongside Sheri in building her family’s new home, Brian got Habititus and wanted to get more involved. Brian’s company, Topographic, is now a sponsor and regularly bringing employees out to help build homes! He also joined our Ambassador team to help raise awareness of Habitat’s mission locally!
De’Shun saw our Downtown Build taking place in Sundance Square last year as he looked out his work window at Del Frisco’s Grille and quickly caught Habititus! He has shared “he is happy to support Trinity Habitat because they symbolize helping people that help themselves which is a creed my family and I live by. We learned that things will change for you when you change. Habitat is a driving force that aides’ people to change from the inside out.”
