Overwhelmed with Gratitude at Spring Brush Up

Meet Anna Carr, a cancer survivor, single mom, and retired teacher. At our Spring Cowtown Brush Up, Anna was overwhelmed with gratitude for the Life.Church volunteers who came out to help her paint her home in Como.

As a part of Trinity Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, we are committed to partnering with qualifying homeowners to help them with external repairs and painting of their homes. Many of the qualifying homeowners are elderly residents on fixed incomes no longer physically able to make repairs to their home.

Projects range from minor scrape-and-paint work to full exterior rehabs, including roof replacements. Following repairs, families have homes that are safer, more accessible, healthier, energy-efficient, and more secure.

Cowtown Brush Up

Twice a year, hundreds of volunteers partner with Trinity Habitat and the City of Fort Worth to paint the exterior of 35-50 homes in a single day. We call it the Cowtown Brush Up, and it has been going on for over 25 years.

WE NEED PAINTING TEAMS! Can you put a team together from your church or company? Or a team of friends and family?
